CABS (Common Assessment of Basic Skills) Online
Developed by Literacy Link Eastern Ontario, this "...vibrant online environment provides a practical assessment tool for use with Literacy/Basic Skills students who can work on computers. About fifteen assessment activities at each of the five levels address important reading, writing, numeracy and basic computer skills outcomes, in integrated formats. Just as with the original CABS demos, these online activities were designed for initial intake use, but may also be used for on-going or exit assessment purposes whenever appropriate."

CAES (Common Assessment of Essential Skills)
Literacy Link Eastern Ontario "...has developed a Common Assessment of Essential Skills (CAES) tool to assist practitioners to tie Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) Outcomes to Essential Skills.
